[ES-TODO] The starting point is the setup plus your first playbook: one document type, one side of the table, built around your own contracts and positions. Each further playbook you add is a further one-time build on top. Nothing recurring.

[ES-TODO] On demand, billed only when you call on us. No retainer, no monthly fee, nothing in the months you do not need us. When you have a question or want something changed, you pay for that time and no more.
[ES-TODO] What you pay the AI provider
[ES-TODO] The monthly cost you already pay, and it never comes to us
[ES-TODO] Each working lawyer needs a licence for the AI itself. That is a monthly cost, paid directly to the provider, in your firm's name, at cost. It never passes through Claverock and we never mark it up. It is the only monthly cost anywhere in this, and it stays entirely between your firm and the provider.

[ES-TODO] A precise quote follows a short scoping conversation, because the build depends on a few simple things:

- [ES-TODO] Whether you need both sides of the table. Acting for the supplier and acting for the customer are separate playbooks, because the positions flip, so each is its own build.
- [ES-TODO] Extra languages, or agreements under other governing law.
[ES-TODO] Each step is scoped and priced before it is built. Never assumed, never a surprise on an invoice.
